- Analyse competitors and be aware of industry benchmarks.
- Provide feedback to the company based on market intelligence.
- Use CRM tools to track and manage customer interactions, leads, and sales opportunities.

- Work closely with technical teams and other departments to ensure the successful
implementation and delivery of products and services.
